褶皱臂尾轮虫对2种细菌的摄食及其生长情况研究

摘    要:目的]研究活饵料对抗原物质的吞噬及存留情况。方法]以不同浓度的嗜水气单胞菌(活菌)和迟缓爱德华氏菌(灭活细菌)作为饵料定时投喂人工孵化的褶皱臂尾轮虫,破碎轮虫后统计其体内的细菌数;取染色后的细菌投喂轮虫,显微观察轮虫消化道内细菌的存留时间。结果]6d后活菌组轮虫密度最大为70.3个/ml,灭活组轮虫密度为13.8个/ml;活菌组轮虫的平均抱卵率分别为28.80%、38.02%、33.91%、21.40%、18.78%、15.50%,灭活组轮虫的平均抱卵率分别为56.39%、61.66%、53.54%;轮虫对细菌的消化时间与所处温度呈负相关,但温度过高也会导致消化时间延长;每个轮虫摄食嗜水气单胞菌26785.3cfu,摄食迟缓爱德华氏菌3652.2个。结论]活体生物可对抗原物质进行有效包囊。
