| 摘 要： | 本文提出了一种新的预测方法——目标控制预测法。该法是在拟合历史数据的变化趋势曲线基础上,衔接一条目标控制预测的趋势曲线,在给定预期目标前提下,通过调节模型的一个参数,以实现对事物在预期目标之前发展变化的预测。它比较适用于计划经济条件下对生产和经济发展的规划和控制,文末附奶牛发展预测模型作示范。

| Abstract: | A new forecasting method—the forecasting method of controlled object is discussed in
this paper.The method is to connect the tendency curve based on the fitting of the historical
data with a forecasting tendency curve of controlled object,and under the condition of given
object.The method is useful to plan the development by adjusting a parameter in the model.
It is suitable to be used in the plan and control the development of production and economy
in planned economy. |
