| 摘 要： | 对大花蕙兰茎尖进行了组织培养研究。试验结果表明:原球茎诱导、增殖和生根培养基分别是MS 6-BA 1.0 mg/L NAA 0.1 mg/L 香蕉汁100 g/L 活性炭0.5 g/L,MS 6-BA 1.5 mg/L NAA 0.5 mg/L 香蕉汁130 g/L 活性炭1.0 g/L,1/2 MS 6-BA 0.1 mg/LAA 0.5 mg/L 香蕉汁150 g/L 活性炭1.5 g/L。

| Abstract: | The tissue culture of Cymbidum were studied by using shoot-tip.The results showed that the explants cultured on MS 6-BA 1.0 mg/L NAA 0.1 mg/L banana 100 g/L carbon 0.5 g/L,and MS 6-BA 1.5 mg/L NAA 0.5 mg/L banana 130 g/L carbon 1.0 g/L,and 1/2 MS 6-BA 0.1 mg/L NAA 0.5 mg/L banana 150 g/L carbon 1.5 g/L were suitable for inducing PLBs,multiplicating PLBs and rooting of microshoots,respectirely. |
