| 摘 要： | [目的]对中国平耳孔蜈蚣种群的地理变异进行初步探讨。[方法]中国平耳孔蜈蚣标本经95%乙醇浸制后进行总基因组提取、PCR扩增和测序,最后进行序列分析。[结果]共定义26个单元型,单元型之间的平均遗传距离为0.13。种群的遗传多样性波动范围较大,系统发生树中各样地平耳孔蜈蚣的单元型呈现一种混杂的分布格局。[结论]根据节肢动物分子钟,推断现代平耳孔蜈蚣遗传分布格局均比较古老,早在第三纪中期就已经形成,可见更新世冰期对平耳孔蜈蚣种群没有影响。
