| 摘 要： | 合理开发利用农村可再生能源,加强农村能源建设,在新农村建设中具有现实意义。本文通过分析浙江农村能源开发利用的潜力与制约因素,结合浙江实际提出了农村能源发展的思路和重点,并从加强农村能源规划,推广适合技术模式,加大农村能源投入,提升技术支撑能力,探索后续管理机制,营造发展良好氛围等方面采取措施,加快农村能源发展,推进新农村建设。

| Abstract: | It is meaningful to develop and utilize rural renewable energy and promote rural energy construction for new countryside construction.According to the actual situation in Zhejiang Province,ideas are put forward on how to develop the rural energy including enhancing the rural energy planning,popularizing suitable technology mode,increasing input,and accelerating technology supporting capacity through an analysis on the potency and restrictive factors in this paper.The paper also proposes such measures as exploring follow-up management system and building fine atmosphere.All the measures mentioned above will accelerate the rural energy development and push forward the construction of new countryside. |
