鲜豆浆中菌落总数的测定

摘    要:通过稀释平板计数法对鲜豆浆进行菌落总数的测定,在牛肉膏蛋白胨培养基平板上有3种菌落产生,菌落总数为8.3×108CFU/mL。取刚煮沸的鲜豆浆进行测定,菌落总数达610CFU/mL;保持沸腾至少2min,然后再进行测定,发现菌落总数为0CFU/mL。

Abstract:In this experiment,colony count in fresh soybean milk was determined by dilution method of plate counting.Three types of colonies,one kind of white bacterial colony,one kind of black and one kind of white actinomycete,appeared in peptone beef medium.The colony count was 8.3×108 CFU/mL.Colony count in fresh soybean milk was determined after being heated to begin boiling.It was 610 CFU/mL.And it was zero when the fresh soybean milk was heated to boil and kept at least 2 minute.So the fresh soybean milk needs to be heated before being drinked.
