摘    要:介绍了协方差分析随机振动的基本原理,建立了5自由度的农用车平面模型和状态方程,给出了评价农用车行驶平顺性的目标函数,通过协方差方法得出目标函数随悬架的阻尼和刚度变化的关系,用实例验证利用这种方法优化农用车悬架参数是可行的。

Abstract:This paper introduced the basic theory of covariance analysis for stochastic vibration, built a two dimensional model and state equation of farm transport vehicle (FTV) with 5 DOF (degree of freedom), and put forward an object function for evaluating ride comfort of FTV. The relationship between the object function value and the variance of damper coefficient and rigidity of suspension was obtained. It is proved that the optimization of the farm transport vehicle suspension parameter is feasible by means of the method presented in this paper.
