| Abstract: | This article,from the thorough investigation,the analysis obtained,discusses the achievement of the countryside compulsory education funds to safeguard for new mechanism in operation in past two years,the issues unsolved,the new immergent conditions,at the same time,puts forward a point of reform proposals for the imperfect place. |
