摘    要:利用“实践八号”卫星搭载蒙农杂种冰草种子干种子作为处理,未搭栽种子作为对照。观察其种子不同贮藏时期的发芽特性,以及其幼苗生长、生理及细胞学指标的测定。结果表明,处理种子活力随着贮藏时间延长而降低;空间环境对叶片数、分蘖数没有影响,但对株高和叶片长有显著的影响;空间环境对植株的叶绿素和可溶性糖含量、有丝分裂指数没有影响。

Effects of Space Environment on biological characteristics of Agropyron cristatum x A.desertorum cv.Mengnong

Abstract:Dry seeds of Agropymn cristatum x A. desertorum cv. Mengnong were carried by Shijiang8 spaceship (treatment) and compared with seeds on the earth (control). For the seeds, germination characteristics at different storage time, some indexes of growth, physiology and cytology aider sowing were determined. The results showed that seed vigor of treatment was decreased with storage time prolonged. Space environment had made no effects on leaf number and tiller number, and effects on plant height and leaf length after sowing; and had made no effects on chlorophyll and soluble sugar content ,mitotic index.
