摘    要:通过对农副产品废弃物中氨基酸含量的检测,探讨了各种废弃物中的氨基酸组成,并探索了利用荸荠渣作为营养基质,通过检测培育乳酸菌前后的氨基酸含量,确定其利用价值。

Detection and Analysis of Amino acid in Various Agricultural and Sideline Products Waste

Abstract:Through determining the amino acid content in agricultural and sideline products waste, the components of amino acid in various wastes were discussed. With horseshoe residue as nutrient medium, through detecting amino acid before and after culturing lactobacillus, the utilization value was determined.
