摘    要:目的]比较几种药剂及其不同浓度对落叶松叶蜂的防治效果。方法]通过生物测定确定了4种药剂对落叶松叶蜂幼虫的毒力,并利用苦参烟碱烟剂、苦烟碱、高渗苯氧威和阿维菌素进行了林间防治。结果]2%苦烟碱乳油、3%高渗苯氧威和1.2%阿维菌素微胶囊水悬浮剂1500倍液对落叶松叶蜂幼虫的校正死亡率分别为96.11%、95.57%和97.30%,均优于5%吡虫啉乳油1000倍和1500倍液。林间防治结果表明,3%高渗苯氧成和1.2%阿维菌素微胶囊水悬浮剂1500倍液对幼虫的防治效果分别达92.31%和93.28%,烟剂对幼虫的控制效果达96%以上。1.2%阿维菌素和3%高效氯氰菊酯微胶囊水悬浮剂地面喷雾法对落叶松叶蜂出土成虫的校正死亡率分别为91.26%和96.12%,而二者混合喷雾的防治效果达94.62%。结论l为落叶松叶蜂种群数量的生物调控提供了参考。

Toxicity and Control Test in Forest of Several Insecticides to Prisfiphora erichsonii

Abstract: Objective ] The aim was to compare several different concentrations of insecticides control effect on the Pristiphora erichsonii. Method] By bioassay toxicity of four kinds of insecticides against Pris@hora erichsonii larva were determined and forest control were conduc- ted by using smoke agent of the sophora flavescens Air. NiCotine, matrlne, higb permeation fenoxycarb and abamectin. Result] The correc- ted mortalities of Pristiphora erichsonii larvae to 2% matrine emulsion, 3% high permeation fenoxycarb, diluted 1 500 times of 1.2% abamec- tin capsule suspensions were 96.11%, 95.57% and 97.30% , better than diluted 1 000 and 1 500 times of imidacloprid EC. The result of forest control test showed that 3% high permeation fenoxycarb and diluted 1 500 times of 1.2% abamectin capsule suspensions got a good kill- ing effect of 92.31% and 93.28%. And the smoke agent of the sophora flavescens Ait. Nicotine was over 96%. The corrected mortalies of 1.2% abamectin capsule suspensions and 3% beta-cypermethrin capsule suspensions were 91.26% and 96.12% while mixing spray of them reaching up to 94.62% by ground spray method controlled the adults of Pristiphora erichsonii emerging from soil. Conclusion] The result pro- vides reference for biological control ways of Pristiphora erichsonii populations.
