脱臭馏出物中酶法合成脂肪酸甲酯及提取植物甾醇的研究

摘    要:
[目的]探讨用固定化脂肪酶从脱臭馏出物中生产脂肪酸甲酯并提取植物甾醇的方法。[方法]以江西特产山茶油精炼过程中的脱臭馏出物为原料,采用酶法合成脂肪酸甲酯及提取植物甾醇,对反应条件进行单因素试验,确定了最佳反应工艺参数。[结果]试验表明,固定化脂肪酶添加量8%,甲醇添加量10%,在反应温度为40℃、搅拌速度为150r/min条件下反应16h,酯化率可达93%。且经过酯化反应,将反应液经过冷析和重结晶后,植物甾醇的提取率可达89%,纯度达到90%以上。[结论]该研究得出的合成脂肪酸甲酯及提取植物甾醇的工艺方法,可对山茶油精炼过程中的废液进行重新利用,增加了附加值,同时保护了生态环境。

On FAME Synthesis and Phytosterol Extraction from Deodorizer Distillate

Abstract:
[ Objective ] To discuss the method of producing FAME and extracting phytosterol from deodorizer distillate with immobilized li- pase. [ Method] With camellia oil deodorizer distillate from Jiangxi as raw material, the single-factor test was conducted on the reaction condi- tions, the optimum reaction technique parameters were determined. [ Result] The experiment showed that, the immobilized lipase 8%, meth- anol 10% with stirring speed 150 r/min at40 ℃ for 16 h, the esterification rate was Up to 93%. After crystallization and recrystallization, the extraction rate and purity of phytosterol was up to 89%, 90% respectively. [ Conclusion] The obtained technique for FAME synthesis and phytosterol extraction could reuse waste liquid, increase the added value and protect the eco-environment.
