摘    要:通过设置不同浓度的聚乙二醇(PEG)溶液模拟土壤的自然水势,以确定不同水分胁迫条件下福建柏种子萌芽的敏感性。结果表明:福建柏种子发芽的水势范围为0~-0.60MPa,低于-0.60MPa时其种子不能发芽。在水势为0~-0.60MPa的水分胁迫条件下,随着水势的下降,其发芽率、发芽指数、发芽速度、芽长、活力指数等都表现出明显的下降趋势,表明福建柏种子对水分胁迫极敏感。

Effects of Water Stress on Seed Germination of Fokienia Hodginsii

Abstract:The sensitivity of seed germination of Fokienia hodginsii under different water stress conditions was studied by different concentrations of polyethylene glycol(PEG)solution,which was used to simulate the natural water potential of soil.Results showed that the water potential of seed germination of Fokienia hodginsii range 0~-0.60MPa.The seeds would not germinate below-0.6MPa.Under the water stress in potential of 0~-0.6 MPa,the germination rate,germination index,germination speed,bud length and vigor index etc.showed the descended trend,with the decline in water potential.It indicated that Fokienia hodginsii seed was extremely sensitive to the water stress.
