DPC化控对转基因抗虫棉器官发育的影响

摘    要:对关中棉区转基因抗虫棉DPC化控的适期、适量进行了研究。结果表明,在中等肥力7.5万株/hm2密度条件下,初花期用DPC30g/hm2化控对转基因抗虫棉的株型控制、叶面积分布、开花成铃和棉铃素质效果良好。蕾期化控延缓了前期弱生长势的转化进程,并对以后生长发育产生影响,花铃期化控作用较小。因此,转基因抗虫棉DPC化控应采取蕾期不控,初花期适量控,花铃期酌情控的模式。

Abstract:The suitable growth period and dosage of apllied DPC regulating transgenic cotton in Guanzhong cotton belt of Shaanxi province were studied in this paper. The results showed that the spraying DPC 30 g/hm~2 at the first flower stage would have a great effect on plant characteristic, leaf area distribution, flowering and boll rate, and boll quality. DPC regulation at the bud stage would not only delay the process from poor growth condition into stronger one, but also have a great effect on sequence growing and development. And it had a bit of action at flowering-boll stage. Thereby, spraying DPC on transgenic cotton was better at the first flower stage, not suitable at the bud stage, and then take an act at the discretion of cotton growing condition at the flowering-boll stage.
