| 摘 要： | 为确定灵芝多糖的提取条件,以苯酚-硫酸法作为灵芝多糖的测定方法,对浸提过程中的温度、时间以及固液比3个因素进行了单因素试验和正交试验.结果表明,灵芝多糖的最佳提取条件为浸提温度90 ℃,浸提时间2.0 h,料液比115;浸提温度对多糖提取率的影响最大,其次为浸提固液比和浸提时间.
