新农村建设中的环境问题及其对策

分析了我国农村地区环境现状,发现导致农村环境污染难以解决的主要原因是环境保护意识淡漠,农业生产粗放,环境管理思想和治理模式与农村现实相脱离,环境保护科研力量薄弱。为有效解决农村环境问题,应加强宣传,增强农村环境保护意识;大力发展生态农业;加强农村饮水安全及生活用水处理;进行农村生活垃圾分类收集和资源化利用;健全基层环保机构,加大环保执法力度,有效控制乡镇企业污染;加大资金投入,抓好基础设施建设;积极推进城镇化和工业园区建设;加强农村环境保护科研工作,加快新技术的推广应用。

Environmental Problems and Corresponding Countermeasures in the New Countryside Construction

The environmental status in rural areas in China is analyzed.The faint awareness of environmental protection,the extensive agricultural production,the disengagement of environment management and control models with the realities in rural areas,and the weak scientific research force of environmental protection are the main reasons of environmental pollution which is difficult to solve.To effectively solve the environmental problems in rural area,the countermeasures are put forward,including strengthening the propaganda to increase the environmental protection consciousness of rural areas,greatly developing the ecological agriculture,strengthening the rural drinking water safety and domestic water treatment,carrying out the classified collection and resource utilization of rural living garbage,perfecting the grassroots environmental agencies and strengthening the law enforcement dynamics of environmental protection to effectively control the rural industry pollution,increasing the investment and doing well the construction of basic facilities,actively promoting the construction of the urbanization and industrial park,strengthening the scientific research of rural environmental protection and accelerating the popularization and application of new technology.
