| 摘 要： | 笔者从测定大城市郊区区县经济综合竞争力强弱的指标体系入手,将竞争力指标分为创造力指数、吸引力指数和持续发展指数三大类共17个指标。用加权平均法测算上海郊区各区县的竞争力指数并进行排名,对竞争力强弱与经济增长关系进行实证分析。最后提出,上海郊区各区县目前竞争态势良好,有利于共同发展,新一轮经济增长中各区县应理性竞争,通过合理的竞争达到区域经济增长最优化。提升区县竞争力的途径已发生明显的变化,从过去的区位优势等比较优势向政策环境、管理水平、政府职能、企业竞争实力等竞争优势转变。

| Abstract: | Index system of economic competition force of rural region in metropolis is contained 3 kinds and 17 items. By weighted average, the economic competition force in the different parts of the rural areas in Shanghai have been calculated and compared, which are related to regional economic growth. Finally, the features, the affects and the strengthening of the regional economic competition force were discussed. |
