低温油基钻井液抗污染能力试验研究

摘    要:
主要探讨了低温油基钻井液在无机盐、地层钻屑、海水污染条件下的性能变化情况,分析了导致体系性能变差的原因,揭示了现场应用中可能影响钻井液稳定的一些因素,给出了有利于体系现场维护的一些合理建议。通过这些研究,说明该体系具有优良的稳定性和流变性,同时也为油基钻井液在水平井中的应用提供了较好的技术支撑。

Abstract:
Property changes of the low-temperature oil base drilling fluid were discussed under the conditions of pollution from inorganic salt,rock cuttings and seawater,the causes resulting in poor system property were analyzed.It revealed many factors possibly influencing the fluid stability.By which rational suggestions were given for field maintenance.The study indicates that the system has good stability and rheology and provides an effective technical support for using the oil base drill fluid in horizontal wells.
