猪苓的利水渗湿作用及其药理活性研究

分析猪苓的利水渗湿作用及其药理活性,为猪苓的药物作用研究提供指导参考。猪苓主要对膀胱疾病和肾病患者均有一定的药理活性,取100例患者进行临床分析,采用注射和口服结合的方式进行猪苓的临床药理活性分析,以可溶性白细胞介素为受体,分析猪苓对肠胃、膀胱、肢体的利水渗湿作用,并结合患者的氧化物歧化酶的反应水平进行机体的抗氧化能力测试。采用稳健性检验分析方法进行药理活性的统计回归分析建模。猪苓具有很好利水渗湿作用,从而对肾功能衰退等疾病具有很好的药理活性,活性水平度高达0.97的显著度,具有很好的药用指导价值。以猪苓为药引,开发出高效低毒的药剂,提高肾病和神经源性膀胱疾病的临床治疗效果。

Study on the Hygroscopic Effect of Polyporus umbellata and Its Pharmacological Activity

To analyze the hydrophilic effect and pharmacological activity of Polyporus umbellata.Methods:Polyporus umbellata mainly had certain pharmacological activity for bladder disease and nephropathy.100 cases of patients were analyzed by clinical analysis,and the clinical pharmacological activity of Polyporus umbellata was analyzed by injection and oral administration.Using soluble interleukin (IL)as the receptor,the effects of Polyporus umbellata on the intestinal,bladder and limb hydrophoretic activity were analyzed.The antioxidant capacity of the patients was measured in combination with the reaction level of the patients with oxide dismutase (OXD).The statistical regression model of pharmacological activity was established by robust test method.Polyporus umbellata has a good effect of promoting water and infiltrating moisture,so it has a good pharmacological activity for diseases such as renal function decline,and the active level is as high as 0.97,which has good medical guidance value.Taking Polyporus umbellata as a drug,a high-efficiency and low-toxicity drug is developed to improve the clinical therapeutic effect of nephropathy.
