几种杀菌剂对源于蛴螬的绿僵菌菌株QC的生物相容性研究

摘    要:为了明确生防菌绿僵菌与常用杀菌剂之间的相容性,本文检测了8种常用杀菌剂对生防菌绿僵菌Metarhizium anisopliae QC孢子萌发和菌丝生长的影响。结果表明:几种供试杀菌剂与绿僵菌的相容性均比较差,同时对绿僵菌菌株QC的抑制作用均随浓度的增大而增强。其中,10%苯醚甲环唑和50%多菌灵相容性最差,即使在稀释浓度10 000倍作用下对绿僵菌QC菌株菌丝体生长抑制率可达到100%,几乎完全抑制绿僵菌菌株QC菌丝生长和孢子的萌发。其他6种化学杀菌剂在常规使用浓度下对绿僵菌菌株QC的抑制作用也是极强。因此,在田间施用杀菌剂时,需避免这几种化学杀菌剂与绿僵菌菌株QC的混用,以达到最佳的防治效果。

Biological Compatibility of Several Fungicides with Metarhizium anisopliae QC from Grub
Abstract:In order to clarify the compatibilities of Metarhizium anisopliae with commom fungicide, impacts of eight commercial chemical fungicides on conidial germination and mycelial growth of Metarhizium anisopliae QC were investigated. The result showed that the compatibility of several fungicides with Metarhizium anisopliae was poor, at the same time, the inhibition effect on the strain QC increased with the increase of concentration. Among which, 10% difenoconazole WP and 50% carbendazim WP showed the worst compatibility, even if the inhibition rate of mycelial growth of the strain QC could reach 100% at a concentration of 10 000 times dilution, the mycelial growth and spore germination of the strain QC were almost inhibited completely. The inhibition effect of the other six chemical fungicides on the strain QC was also very strong at the conventional concentration. Thus, in order to achieve the best control effect, it is necessary to avoid the mixing of these chemical fungicides with Metarhizium anisopliae QC in field application of fungicides.
