斑腿树蛙消化道组织学的初步研究

摘    要:目的]研究无尾两栖类的消化道组织。方法]采用解剖学与组织学方法研究斑腿树蛙的消化道。结果]结果表明,斑腿树蛙消化道分为口咽腔、食道、胃、十二指肠、回肠和大肠。消化道管壁由黏膜层、黏膜下层、肌层和浆膜层构成。食道为复层柱状纤毛上皮,胃和肠都为单层柱状上皮。胃和十二指肠的黏膜皱褶最丰富。食道腺为复泡状腺,胃腺属于单管状腺。具有十二指肠腺,回肠和大肠无多细胞腺体。杯状细胞存在于食道、十二指肠、回肠和大肠中,但食道、十二指肠中较少,回肠和大肠中较为丰富。结论]斑腿树蛙肌层均为平滑肌,内层环肌较厚,外侧纵肌较薄。

Abstract:Objective] The purpose aimed to study batrachian digestive tract tissue.Method]The tissue and cell in digestive tract of Rhacophorus megacephalus were studied by histological method.Result]The results showed that the digestive tracts were divided into cavum oris,esophagus,ventriculus,duodenum,ileum and large intestine.The wall of digestive tract was made up of four layers,which were the mucosa layer,submucosa,lamina muscularis and serosa.Epithelium consisted of stratified ciliated columnar epithelium on esophagus,simple columnar epithelium on ventriculus and intestine.There were more plenty of mucosal fold in cavity of ventriculus and duodenum than other histology of digestive tract.The esophageal gland belonged to compound acinous gland,but gastric gland belonged to simple tubular gland.The duodenum had Brunner's glands.The ileum and large intestine did't has multicellular gland.There were goblet cells in the esophagus,duodenum,ileum and large intestine,but the ileum and large intestine had plenteous goblet cells more than the esophagus and duodenum.Conclusion]The Phacophorus megacephalus lamina muscularis is constructed by smooth muscle with inside circular fibers more abundant than outside longitudinal ones.
