| Abstract: | This paper has elucidated the way for establishment of scientific and technical system of converting the land for forestry from aspects of scientific and technical guarantee, coordination, popularization, difficulty-attack and supervision etc. To certain degree, it has certain significant for us to carrying out and fulfilling national principle and policy, steadily push forward converting the land for forestry (grass) and realize sustainable development. |
