摘    要:以肉仔鸡作为试验研究对象,研究三萜烯醇对肉仔鸡消化器官机能的影响。分别在28和49日龄进行肉仔鸡的代谢试验。试验期结束时,做屠宰试验,并取肉仔鸡的十二指肠、空肠和盲肠,做石蜡切片,进行肠切片的显微摄影。试验结果显示:肉仔鸡的试验组在粗蛋白、粗灰分、干物质代谢率上均比对照组显著提高(p<0.05)。肉仔鸡的试验组的十二指肠、空肠、盲肠的绒毛长度均比对照组显著增长(p<0.01)。试验结果表明,三萜烯醇饲料添加剂能促进肉仔鸡生长,改善其生产性能,是一种安全、高效、环保型饲料添加剂。

Abstract:The experiment studied the influence of trierpene alcohol on the function of digestive organs in broilers,which involved the metabolism experiment on 28 d and 49d broilers.When the experiment finished,the broilers were slau ghtered to take dudenum,jejunum and termiform appendix so as to make paraffin section and microgaph the intestine slice.The result showed that the broilers in experimental group all improved greatly(P<0.05)on the metabolism rate of CP,CA and DMin contrast to the control group.The duodenum,jejunum and the length of intestinal villus also increased(P<0.01)in the experimental group.The result revealed that theat tierpene alcohol fodder additive which is a kind of safe,efficient and environment-friendly additive can promote the growth of broilers and improve thir productive porformance.
