低温胁迫下杏花器官内POD、相对电导率和可溶性蛋白含量的变化

摘    要:
选用3个不同杏品种的花器官进行试验,通过0,-3,-4和-5℃低温胁迫处理,测定其POD酶活性、相对电导率以及可溶性蛋白含量,结果表明:在整个低温胁迫过程中,杏花器官POD酶活性的总体变化趋势为升—降—升;3个品种中,沙金红相对电导率变化幅度最小,可溶性蛋白含量最高,表现出抗寒性最强的生理特性。

Abstract:
The POD enzymes,relative conductivities and soluble proteins in flower organs of three different almond varieties have been examined at 0,-3,-4 and-5 ℃ cold stress.The result shows that: The POD activities of almond flower increase at first,and then have a second increase after a decrease.The increase of relative conductivities in Shajinghong has a least variance,but has a most soluble protein level and a top tolerance to coldness.
