引种地与原产地杜仲叶次生代谢物含量比较

摘    要:对原产地和引种地杜仲树叶进行了次生代谢物(有效成分)含量的测定,结果表明,原产地遵 义的杜仲叶中次生代谢物含量高于引种地(杨陵),而略阳、慈利这两个原产地杜仲叶中次生 代谢物含量均低于引种地。说明了陕西略阳和湖南慈利杜仲的药用品质在杨陵地区比较 好,宜于在该地区引种,并可在立地条件相同的关中地区示范推广,而贵州遵义杜仲不宜在 该地区引种。

Abstract:Contents of five secondary metabolites(bioactive constituents) in the leaves of Eucommia ulmoides in original and introducing regions were determined. The results were as follows: contents of secondary metabolites in the leaves collected from Zunyi(the original region) were higher than those from Yangling (the introducing region) while leaves collected from Luoyang region and Cili showed the lower contents of secondary metabolites than those from the intraducing region. These showed that Eucommia ulmoides from Luoyang and Cili could be introduced to Yangling, and further developed in the central plain of Shaanxi. Eucommia ulmoides from Zunyi, however was not suitable for the introduction.
