摘    要:花茶是茶叶消费中的一个主要品类,但近年来花茶消费市场呈现出低迷状态。本文着眼于茶、花的深厚文化底蕴及药用保健功能,提出结合茶、花的特征优势,丰富花茶的文化内涵,拓展花茶的药用保健功能,以促进湖南花茶的可持续发展。

Abstract:Scented tea is a major category of teas consumed. However,scented tea consumption market in recent years shows a gloomy condition.This article focuses on the deep cultural and medicinal health function of tea and flower, bringing forward that combining the feature advantages of tea and flower, enriching scented tea culture and expanding medicinal health function will be helpful to promote the sustainable development of Hunan scanted tea.
