| 摘 要： | 猪传染性胃肠炎(Porcine Transmissible Gastraenteritis, TGE)是猪的一种高度接触性肠道疾病。本研究以不同地区猪传染性胃肠炎病毒株的S基因为靶序列，序列分析不同地区TGEV病毒株S基因的同源性和进化性关系，序列分析包括遗传距离测定、进化树分析和碱基替换分析等。结果表明：S基因在TGEV不同毒株间高度保守，但S基因存在腺嘌呤碱基（A）向胸腺嘧啶（T）突变的倾向。本研究通过对TGEV S基因核苷酸序列分析可为深入研究TGEV的毒力变化和流行病学提供参考。
