摘    要:研究不同种植密度对短葶山麦冬生长动态、产量及多糖的影响,以期为短葶山麦冬规范化栽培提供理论依据。采用大田随机区组试验,定期采集短葶山麦冬样品,测定各器官生长量,采收时测定产量与多糖等含量。不同密度下的短葶山麦冬地上部生长发育规律相似,均呈“先升后降再升”的发育趋势,地下部块根的生长均为“先快后缓”的生长趋势。种植密度小的地上部和地下部先期生长发育均优于高密度。种植密度对多糖含量影响极小,不同种植密度间麦冬产量存在差异。种植密度对短葶山麦冬产量起重要作用,每丛6株、每hm2种植33万丛为适宜种植密度。
