| 摘 要： | 为了解决加工番茄种植与订单生产之间需求不平衡的问题，本文运用单纯形法建立番茄种植面积与番茄酱产量之间的数学模型，提出通过合理安排不同品种番茄种植比例，使番茄酱厂在现有条件下番茄酱加工实现产能、效率最大化。以新疆某番茄酱厂及当地番茄种植为例，通过将番茄酱实际产量和规划产量进行对比，提出种植计划建议。该方法在农产品种植规划方面具有应用价值和实际意义。
