钾肥对铅污染土壤白菜产量和品质的效应

摘    要:为了探讨钾肥对铅污染土壤蔬菜安全生产的影响,本试验采用温室盆栽,研究了不同钾肥对紫色菜园土壤2种铅污染条件下白菜产量、营养品质和安全品质(硝酸盐和重金属)的影响。结果表明,与不施钾肥(CK1)相比,钾肥能显著提高铅污染土壤白菜产量和根系重量,施用钾肥增产幅度为9.5%~48.4%。施用钾肥显著降低白菜游离氨基酸和维生素C含量,增加还原糖的含量。铅污染土壤上,白菜硝酸盐含量增加,施用钾肥能降低白菜硝酸盐含量,降低幅度为15.3%~54.6%。硫酸钾能显著降低铅含量,氯化钾在低铅污染条件下低量施用时,显著增加铅含量,其余处理均显著降低铅含量。
