| 摘 要： | 初步探讨不同浓度的水溶性壳聚糖溶液对高温胁迫下叶用莴苣种子萌发的影响。采用不同浓度的水溶性壳聚糖溶液处理叶用莴苣种子进行高温萌发试验，统计了种子的发芽率和幼苗的株高、鲜重和根长，并对幼苗的超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、过氧化物酶（POD）、过氧化氢酶（CAT）活性和丙二醛（MDA）含量进行了测定。试验结果表明：经30~120 mg/L水溶性壳聚糖溶液处理的叶用莴苣种子的发芽率、发芽势、幼苗的根长、株高及鲜重均高于对照，SOD、POD、CAT的活性均表现为先升高后降低的趋势，MDA的含量均低于对照，其中以水溶性壳聚糖浓度为60 mg/L处理时效果最好。
