| 摘 要： | 为了弄清聊城市耕地生产潜力，进一步提高耕地产出率，笔者运用潜力递减法计算聊城市耕地生产潜力，通过分析未来聊城市耕地面积、粮经比和主要作物播种面积，探讨聊城市耕地资源人口承载力问题。研究结果表明：聊城市小麦生产潜力为6911.37 kg/hm2、玉米为15445.88 kg/hm2；人口承载力在温饱型、小康型、富裕型水平上分别为938.25万人、750.6万人和625.5万人，这表明在富裕型水平上将出现超载。为此，笔者提出了提高聊城市耕地资源人口承载力的途径。
