韭菜多胚苗及其与无融合生殖关系的研究

摘    要: 以9个韭菜品系为试材, 人工去雄后用二甲基亚砜、激动素和失活韭菜花粉诱导, 获得无融合生殖种子。无融合生殖植株自交后代多胚苗发生频率明显提高, 说明多胚苗与无融合生殖有关。继代选择增大了多胚苗发生频率, 说明多胚苗性状可以遗传。

Abstract:Apomictic seeds were obtained by DMSO,KT and inactive pollen treatments among 9 varieties of Chinese chive.Progenies of the apomictic seeds were obtained by selfing,and their frequencies of the polyembryonic seedlings in the progenies were increased obviously,which indicated that the polyembryonic seedlings might be related to the apomixia.The frequency of the polyembryonic seedlings was raised by means of selection,which demonstrated that the character of the polyembryonic seedlings in Chinese chive was inherited.
