玉米苗期抗旱性鉴定指标的研究

摘    要:采用盆栽鉴定试验,以7个不同基因型玉米品种为材料,研究了正常灌水和干旱胁迫下玉米苗期抗旱生理生化和物质生产表现,结果表明:干旱胁迫下,丙二醛(MDA)含量增加,渗透调节物质脯氨酸、可溶性糖含量升高,保护酶SOD、POD活性升高,叶绿素含量减少,光合作用能力及水分利用效率(WUE)下降,导致玉米品种干物质积累降低;通过相关分析、主成分分析和灰色关联分析,筛选出WUE、POD、脯氨酸、叶绿素含量等生理生化指标作为玉米品种苗期重要的抗旱性评价指标,在抗旱性鉴定中加以利用。

Abstract:The dry matter,physiology and biochemistry characteristics of seven maize hybrids were studied under drought conditions and normal irrigation by experiment cultivated in pot.The results indicated that the malondialdehyde(MDA),proline,soluble sugar content,superoxide dismutase(SOD)and peoxidase(POD) increased,but the chlorophyll content,photosynthetic rate(Pn) and water use efficiency(WUE)decreased under drought stress,which makes the accumulate of dry matter reduce.By principal component analysis,correlations and grey correlative degree analysis,we screened out physiology and biochemistry indexes such as WUE,POD,proline and chlorophyll content which could be used as evaluation indexes of drought-resistance at seedling stages.
