摘    要:山东作为农业大省和农业科技大省,开展农业科普工作对提高农民科学文化素养具有重要意义。当前,农业科普面临主体多元化形势,构建以科普惠农联盟为主体、以其他参与体为补充的全省科普惠农兴村支撑体系十分必要。通过支撑体系建设,建立“富源一疏渠一润田”新机制,畅通农业科技成果从实验室到田间地头的高效转化渠道,形成示范点带动、计划项目实施主线拉动、新农村建设水平全面提升的“点、线、面”相结合的农业科普新局面。

Abstract:As an agricultural province, it is of great importance to improve scientific literacy of farmers by carrying out agricultural science popularization in Shandong Province. At present, agricultural science pop- ularization is faced with multi - subject, therefore it is necessary to construct the system of science populariza- tion to support agriculture and rural development with the league of science popularization as major subject and other participants as supplementary. Through the construction of support system, the mechanism of abundant source, widely access and popularization was established and the transforming access from laboratory to farm- land was opened, then the new situation of combining spot, line and side would be formed by driving of dem- onstration site, boosting of project implementation, and promoting of new countryside construction.
