| 摘 要： | 试验对8-羟基奎啉（8-HQ）、柠檬酸（CIT）、水杨酸（SA）、8-羟基奎啉柠檬酸（8-HQC）、苯甲酸钠（SB）及赤霉素（GA3）几种试剂进行配比,筛选百合鲜切花采收后保鲜预处理配方。结果表明,SUC30 g/L＋CIT400mg/L＋SB500 mg/L＋GA3200 mg/L对百合切花具有良好的贮藏保鲜效果,在冷藏28 d后最高瓶插期可达13d。

| Abstract: | 8-HQ,CIT,SA,8-HQC,SB and GA 3 were screened to explore the optimum proportion for the keeping-fresh pretreatment agent for postharvest cut flowers of Oriental Lily. SUC 30 gL ＋ CIT 400 mgL ＋ SB 500 mgL ＋ GA 3 200 mgL was the best formulation. The cut flowers could be kept in cold storage for twenty-eight days,and the vase phase was about thirteen. |
