抗大豆孢囊线虫4号生理小种育种骨干亲本抗性差异分析

摘    要:研究对抗大豆孢囊线虫病育种中常用的40份骨干亲本进行4号生理小种抗性鉴定,其中感病品种30份,黄粒抗病品系2份,黑粒抗病品系2份,黑粒抗源6份。结果表明:品种间的抗性有极显著差异;抗性的主要差异首先出现在抗性和非抗性品种之间,其次出现在非抗性品种内;抗源材料的抗性非常稳定;亲本对大豆孢囊线虫4号生理小种的抗性呈连续性变化,符合正态分布规律。抗性愈强的品种抗性愈稳定,抗性愈弱的品种抗性愈易受环境的影响。大豆抗大豆孢囊线虫的广义遗传力约为53.9%。

Abstract:The resisteince of 40 mainstay soybean parents to race 4 of SCN were identified. Among of them, 30 soybean varieties were susceptible to 2 varieties with yellow coat, and 8 varieties with black coat were resistant to tace 4 of SCN. The rasults showed there was significant variance in resistance among soybean varieties. The main variance in resistence oppeared at first between rasistant and susceptible soybean varieties Second appeared among susceptible soybean varieties to roce 4. The resistance of resistant germplasms were quite stable. The resistant change of them to race of SCN fitted normal distribution. The more stable soybean verieties was, the more stronger soybean varieties was in resistance to race 4 of SCN. However the resistance of week resistant soybean varieties to raee 4 of SCN was easy changed by the surroanding environment. The broad heritability of resistant seybean vareties to race 4 of SCN was about 53.9 percentage
