多层压机热压板温度场数值模拟研究

摘    要:采用计算流体动力学的方法,对两种不同形式的压板加热循环系统的温度场进行数值模拟,研究了两种热压加热循环系统热压板表面的温度场分布规律。结果表明:双进双出加热循环系统与单进单出加热循环系统相比,压板的温度场分布更均衡,从而为多层压机热压板加热循环系统的优化选择提供了基础数据。

Abstract:The numerical simulation of the temperature field of the heating circulation systems of two different kinds of hot pressing plates is conducted with a computational fluid dynamic method and the temperature field distribution law on the hot pressing plate in the two heating circulation systems are studied. The result shows that the temperature field distribution on the hot pressing plate is evener in the double-inlet/outlet heating circulation system than in the single-inlet/outlet double-circulation heating system, which lays a theoretical foundation for optimal selection of heating circulation systems for hot pressing plates of multi-layer presses.
