| 摘 要： | 本文采用高效液相色谱法,使用正相硅胶柱,以正已烷、无水乙醚为流动相,采用梯度洗脱对该混配制剂的两种有效成分进行一次性定量检测,检测波长240nm,用外标法测定。方法中阿维菌素与高效氯氰菊酯的线性相关系数分别为0.999 6和0.999 3,标准偏差分别为0.025和0.034,变异系数分别为1.65%和1.40%,回收率分别为99.02%和98.94%。

| Abstract: | A method for the determination of abamectin and cypermethrin in the mixture by HPLC with kromasil sio2 column at UV 240nm was introduced in this paper.The results showed that the linear correlations were 0.999 6 and 0.999 3,the standard deviations were 0.025 and 0.034,the coefficients of variation were 1.63% and 1.40%,the average recoveries were 99.02% and 98.94% for abamectin and cypermethrin respectively. |
