越冬期荔枝叶片活性氧代谢和渗透调节物质的变化

摘    要:
以耐寒性较强的荔枝品种元红和耐寒性较弱的兰竹为材料,研究荔枝(Litchi chinensis Sonn.)叶片在越冬期的活性氧代谢及其渗透调节物质(可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖)含量变化.结果表明: (1)越冬期间,随着温度的降低不同程度地增加了荔枝叶片过氧化氢(H2O2)、丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性蛋白质和可溶性糖的含量,其中,兰竹H2O2和MDA含量增加幅度均大于元红,而可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖含量的积累则小于元红.(2)越冬期间,荔枝叶片超氧物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性增强;还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量增加,且到翌年2月18日达最大值而后下降;过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和兰竹的抗坏血酸(AsA)含量呈下降趋势,而元红的AsA含量先增加后降低.与耐寒性较弱的兰竹相比,元红在越冬期维持较高的活性氧清除能力.

Leaves of two litchi cultivars (Litchi chinensis Sonn.) - Yuanhong and Lanzhu were used to analyze the changes in active oxygen metabolism, soluble protein and soluble sugar, with Yuanhong as the cold -resistant cultivar and Lanzhu as the cold-sensitive cultivar. With a decline in temperature during over -wintering period, the leaf content of H2O2 and MDA rose, and the content of soluble sugar and soluble protein were accumulated in litchi leaves.
