| 摘 要： | 文章比较了0.1%升汞＋10%NaClO＋70%乙醇；10%NaClO＋70%乙醇；10%NaClO＋70%乙醇＋1：15洁尔灭等不同消毒方法对苜蓿种子的灭菌效果，并分析了1/2 MS培养基和滤纸＋1/2 MS培养液两种萌发介质对萌发率、污染率、生长时间的影响。结果表明：0.1%升汞＋10%NaClO＋70%乙醇和10%NaClO＋70%乙醇＋1：15洁尔灭的消毒方法污染率最低，且后一种方法对操作人员相对安全；滤纸＋1/2 MS培养液的发芽率和幼苗生长速度较快，污染率也较低。综合效果表明：10%NaClO＋70%乙醇＋1：15洁尔灭与1/2 MS培养液＋滤纸的组合安全快捷，效果最佳。

| Abstract: | Comparison effect of different seed sterilization methods on alfalfa as follows：0.1%HgCl2＋10%NaClO＋70%ethanol;10%NaClO＋70%ethanol;and 10%NaClO＋70%ethanol＋1：15 bromogeramine. Meanwhile,analyzing the effect of 1/2 MS culture medium and filter paper＋1/2 MS solution on germination rate,pollution rate and growth time of alfalfa.The results showed that pollution rate was the lowest under both 0.1% HgCl2＋10%NaClO＋70% ethanol and 10%NaClO＋70% ethanol ＋1：15 bro-mogeramine disinfection method;moreover,the later method was a relatively safe method for operating personnel. The germination rate and seedling growth speed were higher under filter paper＋1/2 MS medium than 1/2 MS culture medium,while the pollution rate was lower. So,the safe and fast combination method is 10%NaClO＋70%ethanol＋1：15 bromogeramine＋filter paper＋1/2 MS solution. |
