| Abstract: | Strengthen modem agriculture industry system is not only the explicit request of Third Plenary Session of 17th National People＇s Congress but also the obligatory task to develop modem agriculture and promote new rural construction. Based on the reality of agricultural and rural economic growth in Shanxi, years＇ working practice was combined, a through investigation and approach was made on purpose to strengthen modern agriculture industry system in Shanxi. |
