| 摘 要： | 长期以来，离心泵的故障诊断与排除主要靠人工判断与分析故障现象来实现，介绍了ＰＲＯ－ＤＩＡＬＯＧ控制系统，该系统内置有故障诊断确认程序，通过本机接口和它的菜单了了解机组的工作状态，进而对设备的故障进行自动诊断与排除，提高了离心泵的自动化水平，降低了设备的故障率。

| Abstract: | A Pro-Dialog control system with fault diagnosis program is introduced in this paper. This control system can be used to identify and shoot the fault of centrifugal pump by means of the interface and menu,which decreases the fault rate of centrifugal pump. |
