摘 要: | 本研究以半夏为试材,叶面喷施5、10、15、20 mg/L烯效唑后进行干旱胁迫,然后测定半夏的农艺性状、生理生化指标、产量和药用成分含量,探讨烯效唑对干旱胁迫下半夏生长的影响。结果表明:相较于叶面喷施清水的对照,叶面喷施烯效唑能增加半夏的叶绿素含量和根冠比,有效减缓干旱胁迫下半夏中丙二醛和过氧化物酶的积累,其中烯效唑浓度为15 mg/L时半夏的叶绿素含量增加8.32%、根冠比增大2.53%、可溶性糖含量和游离脯氨酸含量分别上调6.54%和18.41%;并且叶面喷施烯效唑能显著提高半夏的平均单株鲜重以及亚乙基二羧酸、尿嘧啶核苷、鸟嘌呤核苷、9-β-D-呋喃核糖基腺嘌呤含量,其中烯效唑浓度为15 mg/L时分别提高8.10%、10.02%、11.93%、13.21%和5.90%。说明叶面喷施15 mg/L烯效唑能明显增强半夏对干旱的抵抗力,提高半夏的产量和品质。

Effects of foliar spray of S-3307 on the growth of Pinellia ternate under drought stress |

Abstract: | The material of this test is Pinellia Ternate, treated with different concentrations of S-3307 (enolazole) after drought stress, determine its physiological and biochemical characteristics, agronomic traits and major medicinal components, and explore the effect of S-3307 on pinellia growth.The results showed that 15 mg/L S-3307 can significantly enhance the resistance to drought compared with CK, with the root crown ratio increasing by 2.5%, chlorophyll content by 6.8%, soluble sugar and free proline by 6.5% and 18.4%, respectively, and 15 mg/L S-3307 can effectively reduce the accumulation of malondialdehyde and peroxidase under drought stress, and improve the yield and quality. |
