双向进水流道模型脉动压力测试及其特性

摘    要:分析了脉动压力测试过程中的主要影响因素,针对泵站流道模型脉动压力的测试主要受水泵振动影响的特点,提出了采用隔振原理进行模型设计,从而有效减小水泵运行时振动对脉动压力信号影响的方法,成功地对水泵启动及稳定运行过程中流道内的脉动压力进行了量测,并根据水泵不同的运行方式,采用不同的采样频率对脉动压力信号进行采集和分析处理,得出了各种工况下脉动压力的幅值和频域特性。

Abstract:The main influencing factors for pulsation pressure test are analyzed. With aim at the characteristics of pulsation pressure test of pumping station affected mainly by pump vibration, a method for effective reducing the effect of vibration on pulsation pressure signal during pump operation period through model design according to vibration isolation principle is proposed. The pulsation pressure during the startup and stable operation periods is measured successfully by using the method. The pulsation pressure signal is collected and analyzed by adoption of different sampling frequencies according to the operation modes of pump, and the ranges of pulsation pressure and frequency under different working conditions are obtained.
