希蒙得木对高温胁迫的生理响应

摘    要:以希蒙得木自然分布区和引种驯化的7个地理种源为研究对象,采用盆栽育苗温棚控温方法设置3个温度处理水平,观察其对高温胁迫的生理响应。结果表明:高温胁迫下,不同种源各生理指标表现出相似的变化规律;不同种源的叶片水分含量均在高温胁迫下下降,膜的通透性增加;不同种源幼苗叶片在T1处理下过氧化物酶(POD)活性显著高于对照,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性低于对照,但在T2处理下,不同种源的SOD又表现出较高活性;T1和T22种高温胁迫,其丙二醛含量变化规律不明显,脯氨酸含量显著增加;可溶性蛋白随胁迫程度的加重,其含量变化趋势为先升后降;热胁迫下,各种源幼苗叶片可溶性糖含量变化规律不一致。
