日光温室卷帘机自动接缝装置设计

摘    要:日光温室卷帘机在设施农业中非常重要。传统的日光温室大棚存在中间保温覆盖材料无法被同步卷放或跑偏褶皱等缺陷。本研究针对传统日光温室卷帘机的设计缺陷,设计了一种用于日光温室中间覆盖材料自动卷放的自动接缝装置,它能使卷帘轴与自动接缝装置能够同步运行,具有可折叠性。装置中心与卷帘轴保持1m左右的距离,能够随着卷帘机的升降轻松的打开和收起。运行时装置顶端始终与大棚表面保持150°,能够避免接缝装置与大棚表面的碰撞。试验表明,设备运行良好,收放自如,能很好解决日光温室中间覆盖材料不能够被卷放的难题,运行效率较高,卷起或铺开10m长的棉被仅需5~8min。

A design of automatic seamless device for solar greenhouse rolling machine
Abstract:Rolling machine of the sunlight greenhouse is very important in agricultural facili-ties.At present,the intermediate covering materials of the sunlight greenhouse have some de-fects such as not been able to be rolled up or folded.To solve the problem of the defects in the traditional solar greenhouse design,a seamless automatic device of rolling machine was de-signed in this research which can be used on the intermediate covering materials of sunlight greenhouse.The design can make the rolling shaft and seamless automatic device to run syn-chronously.The center of the device and the rolling shaft maintained at a distance about 1 m. With the rising and dropping of the rolling machine,the device can open and close freely.The top of the device always maintained at a degree of 150°with the surface of greenhouse during the running,so it can avoid collision with the surface of the greenhouse.Through the actual test,the equipment ran well,and the device folded and opened freely.It is a very good solution to the problem that the intermediate covering materials of sunlight greenhouse can not be rolled up in sunlight greenhouse.It has higher efficiency for rolling up or rolling out 10m long quilts with j ust 5—8 min.
