钼肥对甘蓝型油菜薹期碳氮代谢的影响

摘    要:为了解钼肥施用对甘蓝型油菜薹期钼营养及叶片碳氮代谢的影响,采用盆栽试验,测定了甘蓝型油菜各个部位钼含量,叶片光合特性、色素、可溶性糖、游离氨基酸和可溶性蛋白含量。结果表明,施钼显著增加2个品种L0917和中双11(ZS11)单株鲜质量,提高幅度分别为235.50%,67.94%。施钼显著提高了ZS11叶片色素含量,L0917和ZS11叶绿素a/b值,分别降低了16.28%和10.26%,施钼提高了蒸腾速率(Tr),降低了胞间CO2浓度(Ci),对光合速率(Pn)和气孔导度(Gs)没有显著影响。同时,施钼提高了可溶性糖、游离氨基酸和可溶性蛋白含量,提高幅度分别为(L0917和ZS11)35.31%和91.38%,83.57%和274.30%,16.81%和16.02%。施钼提高了叶片硝酸还原酶(NR)的活性,L0917和ZS11提高幅度分别为211.50%,335.80%。施钼分别提高了甘蓝型油菜薹期根、茎秆和叶部位钼含量。薹期碳氮代谢研究及钼营养诊断为甘蓝型油菜花期和成熟期生殖和营养生长提供理论依据。

Molybdenum Effect on Photosynthetic Carbon and Nitrogen Metabolism of Brassica napus at Bolting Stage
Abstract:To investigate the effects of molybdenum (Mo)application on Mo absorption and carbon and nitro-gen metabolism of Brassica napus at stem elongation stage,a pot experiment was conducted and the tissue Mo con-centration,leaf photosynthetic parameter,leaf pigment,soluble sugar,free amino acid,and soluble protein were test-ed.The results showed that the fresh weight of two cultivars (L0917 and ZS1 1 )were increased 235.50% and 67.94% with Mo application.The pigments under Mo application showed significant differences for ZS1 1 .The Chl a /b decreased 16.28% and 10.26% for L0917 and ZS1 1 ,respectively.Mo application increased chlorophyll and transpiration rate (Tr)and decreased Chl a /b and intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci).The net photosynthesis rate (Pn)and stomatal conductance (Gs)had no significant difference whether provided Mo or not.The solution sug-ars,free amino acids and soluble proteins increased by 35.31 %,83.57%,and 16.81 % for L0917 and 91 .38%, 274.30%,and 16.02% for ZS1 1 ,respectively.The nitrate reductase activities were also increased by 21 1 .50%and 335.80% for L0917 and ZS1 1 cultivar.In addition the Mo concentrations of roots,stalks and leaves were also increased.Overall,our study presents necessity and usefulness of stem elongation stage for reproductive and vegeta-tive growth of flowering and harvest stage.
