紫薇花粉萌发特性研究

摘    要:以5个花色(白色、紫色、玫红、浅红色和浅紫色)紫薇的花粉为材料,分别用I2KI染色法、TTC(2,3,5氯代三苯基四氮唑)染色法和离体萌发法测定紫薇花粉活力。结果表明蔗糖和硼酸影响紫薇花粉的萌发,20 mg·L-1的蔗糖和2.0 mg·L-1的硼酸对白色紫薇花粉萌发有促进作用;TTC染色法和I2KI染色法不能准确表示紫薇花粉的生活力,染色5~8 h后的染色率仅为5.26%~18.57% ;与对照相比,低温(1~3℃)贮藏2~5 d后,染色率变化不大。当温度为2~5℃、相对湿度为30%~50%时,紫薇花粉可以贮藏25 d以上。西北林学院学报22卷第6期贾文庆等紫薇花粉萌发特性研究

Abstract:Rates of germination of 5 Lagerstroemia indica with different colors (white,purple,roseate,light red, and lilac)were determined by TTC and I2KI dyeing,and culturing in vitro methods. The results showed that the concentration of sucrose and boric acid were the important factors for the germination of pollen of L. indica,either sucrose(20 mg·L-1) or H3BO3(2.0 mg·L-1)could promote the germination;The vigor of the pollen was hard to be expressed trough either TTC or I2KI dyeing,the rates of dyed pollen for 5~8 h reached only 5.26%~18.57% ; The rates of dyed pollen didn't change much after stored in 1~3℃ for 3 days;The pollens can be stored in 2~5℃,30%~50% humidity for 25 d.
