用培养法测定甘蔗花粉生活力

花粉用培养基培养，观察其萌生花粉管的情况，从而评价花粉生活力是可行之举。但推荐培养基中琼脂用量偏高，不利于花粉吸收水分和萌生花粉管，把其从０．７％降到０．５％更适宜。文章对如何提高观测结果的准确性也作了讨论。试验中花粉直接常低温干燥处理优于常温下任何预处理，不论活体鉴定或间接鉴定（观察花粉发芽）均有相同趋势。

Evaluation of Viability of Sugarcane Pollen by Culture

it is a useful method to evaluate viability of sugarcane pollen by culture with artificial medium.But the medium had too much agar to affect water absorption and germination of pollen.Therefore the agar should be decreased from 0.7% to 0.5%.The paper also discussed how to improve precision of the evaluation.In the test the treatment of drying at general low temperature (<10℃ )was better than any other treatments which were pretreated under natural temperature. Both live body test and indirect evaluation showed the same trend.
